Hi, I’m Haylie Johnson — the founder of Johnson Legal Services.

With 10+ years of experience as a senior paralegal, I created JLS to provide law firms with a modern, reliable way to get high-quality legal support without the overhead of hiring in-house.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported attorneys through every stage of litigation, with a strong focus on family law and high-conflict matters, including several years working remotelyfor a law firm in another state. I’m detail-driven, deadline-focused, and experienced in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps cases moving: drafting, discovery, filings, trial prep, and everything in between.

My focus is family law but I have experience in many areas including estate planning, probate and criminal.
